Agri-food marketing and chain management
Research domain and areas
Research domain
This research group aims to be a leading center for knowledge development and dissemination within the domain of agri-food marketing & chain management. Through applying, generally, quantitative research methods (ex-ante/ex-post), we conduct socio-economic research at specific levels of the supply chain, or on the supply chain as a whole. Our research typically consist of multi-disciplinary collaborations, by which we aim to valorize innovations/technologies and provide socio-economic evidence to the quadruple helix (chain actors from farm to fork; policy makers; researchers; and the community). Due to the applied nature of our research, the scope of projects in our group is broad, from research in the European Union to capacity building in developing regions.
