Bio

Listia Rini is a doctoral researcher at the Department of Agricultural Economics of Ghent University, Belgium. She received her master degree in Food Innovation and Health from University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Her current research revolves around food consumer science, plant-based food, and social media.

Research

Listia is involved in H2020 European project Smart Protein (https://smartproteinproject.eu/), specifically in the consumer science related work package.

The Smart Protein project is aiming to develop alternative protein ingredients and products for humans which have a positive impact on bio-economy, environment, biodiversity, nutrition, food security and consumer trust and acceptance. The project is a partnership between more than 30 external partners, including universities, research institutions, corporations, SMEs, and NGOs. arch_text
