Bio
Margo Degieter is a doctoral researcher at the Department of Agricultural Economics, since 2020. She holds a MSc in Biochemical Engineering Technology and Complementary Studies in Economics. Her current research focusses on sustainability and stakeholder perceptions of plant-based food and protein crops.
