Bio
Maria Ignacia Rodriguez received her International MSc in Sustainable and Innovative Natural Resource Management from Ghent University in 2020, in which my research focused on the sustainability assessment (environmental, social, and economic) of the collection, treatment and valorization of organic waste for Ghent and Destelbergen. I am now working as a doctoral researcher in charge of two tasks for the Customeat (Cultured stem cells for customized meat design) project. These include the consumers’ acceptance of cultured meat and its sustainability assessment. Prior to my academic journey, I worked in several areas, from forestry to engineering.
