  • Field: agri-food marketing and socio-economic analysis, with a focus on consumer/stakeholder behavior and market analysis of innovations and technologies
  • Topic: Improvement of methods and metrics in agri-food economics and marketing and assessment of the market potential of novel foods, technologies and practices
