Lidya Samuel is an Ethiopian Phd Student and Researcher at Ghent university, she had a Masters and Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Economics, during her Masters her research was on Determinants of Farm Household Food Security and their Coping Mechanisms in Harari Region, Sofi District and her current research focuses on impact of Biofortified sweet potato on food and nutrition security.
